We have relevant best practice qualifications and compliance in the commercial sector

Unfortunately for consumers the carpet cleaning industry is not regulated. Practitioners are not required to undertake training or have a license to be a carpet cleaner. In the commercial sector particularly, property and facility managers,who have previously had poor encounters, are becoming more informed than ever before and are demanding that a recognized industry qualification is essential.

Our qualification through the Australian Carpet Cleaning Institute( ACCI ), is Australia’s only independent certification with formal endorsement from carpet manufacturers and affiliated organisations.

In addition to our qualification we have valuable industry experience, operating in the commercial carpet cleaning sector.In this time we have, and are continuing to work with,many clients assisting them with both carpet and upholstery preventative and restorative cleaning, using traditional and our best practice low moisture environmentally sustainable methods.

To further support our formal ACCI qualification, and our commercial experience, we are compliant with all requirements to work in the commercial sector including :

• OHS&W documentation and procedures including MSDS, Risk and Environmental compliance
• Commercial Level Insurance coverage
• Site Induction and uniform identification
• Police security checks
