About us

Our approach and philosophy to commercial carpet and upholstery cleaning is about maintaining the visible appearance as well as sustaining the life of the asset.
C4 commenced commercial carpet cleaning operations in 2000 and since this time has remained a specialist in developing, implementing and managing commercial carpet and upholstery maintenance systems. Our “asset management” approach includes the utilization of both traditional and best practice carpet cleaning methods and practices, which align with manufacturer’s requirements and also Australian Standard, AS 3733:1995.
C4 works closely with all closely with manufacturers and installation contractors to maximise product life. This relationship is a testament to our commitment to rectify the “disconnect” which often occurs between the installation and the ongoing management or maintenance of the floor covering asset.
C4 is often called upon by manufacturers as the industry expert to help trouble shoot and resolve specific cleaning issues.
C4’s specialty is to problem solve, plan and implement cleaning maintenance systems for your commercial flooring needs. This diligence process requires analysis of the traffic patterns within a floor space and adapting appropriate cleaning methods and frequencies to provide the most cost effective outcome for appearance and also asset longevity.
C4 is often called in where other carpet cleaners have failed to achieve, or maintain, results.
C4 can also provide more than just carpet and upholstery cleaning services.
Our sister business called Facility Assist, can if required also provide reports and documentation to assist a building or property Facility Manager with “business case” advice to justify and support maintenance regimes for a floor covering asset. If this asset is not maintained correctly, it appearance and ability to resist wear can be impacted upon, and in some cases can degrade the appearance of the whole space. In most instances improved maintenance regimes to prolong or in some cases prevent accelerated wear or degrading of the surface is economically viable.
